Biography

Mr.  Kumar  Pantanti  has  born  1st   January  1992  in  Jorhat  Assam.  He  has  completed  his Schooling  life  from  AHDHS  School,  Amguri  Sivsagar.  He  has  passed  Higher  Secondary  from Arunodoi  Academy,  Amguri  Sivsagar.  He  has  completed  Bachelor  of  Arts  (B  A)  with  honours  in Political Science from Jagnnath Baruah (J B) College in  2013.During college time he has wined best seminar paper   titled  “Socio-Economic status of Tea Tribes Women” organised by Political Science Association,  Jorhat  District.     He  has  also  passed  Master  of  Arts  (M.A)  in  Political  Science  from Dibrugarh University in 2015. During master degree course he has actively associated in departmental and university activities.

 After completing master degree he has worked as Research Assistant under project entitled “An Oral History behind a Hot Cup of Assam Tea: listing to the voice Women Labourers in the Tea Gardens” and “Socio-Economic status of Tea Tribes Women” funded by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt Of India in the Centre for Women Studies, Dibrugarh University in 2016.


 During his Association which the centre he was known to be ever eager to participated in all the activities and events held at the centre. He was shared a very cordial relation with the centre‟s faculties, staff and students alike. His keenness to learn and improve was appreciated very much by the faculty at the centre.


 Now  he  is  serving  at  Amguri  College  as  an  Assistant  Professor,  Department  of  Political Science.  He  has  joined  this  college  on  8th   August  2017.  He  has  been  associating  all  activities  of department and college.


He  has  actively  participated  and  attended  on  National  Seminar  and  Workshop  at  different time.
